Reporting Your Change of Residential Address
Immigration law requires that all non-citizens report their addresses within
10 days of their entry to the United States and subsequently report any change
of address within l0 days to the immigration authorities. This requirement applies
to all non-U.S. citizens who intend to stay in the United States for more than
30 days. The U.S. Government takes this requirement very seriously and failure
to register address information in a timely manner can carry criminal penalties.
There are two different address reporting formats. Both have the 10 day deadline:
Those nationals who are subject to immigration Special Registration requirements:
Go to the Department of Homeland Security web site, print and mail the form AR-11SR to the address indicated on the web, and send a copy to the Office of International Education.

If you are EKU sponsored F or J visa holder, complete the on-line form below. the Office of International Education is required to report the address for EKU sponsored F and J visa holders directly to the government using the SEVIS database.
Change of address information reported to the Office of International Education or to the US Government may not be shared with school or departments. Therefore it is essential to also report your new address to EKU registrar, billing and collection office, department administrator, or human resource office.
